Schedule A — Sheen Fee Schedule

Service Fee

Sheen Service Fee: 10% of the service price, added at checkout. Non-refundable.

Cancellation, No-Show & Trip Fees

• Cancel more than 1 hour before the booking window — No fee
• Cancel within 1 hour of the booking window — 25% of service price
• Cancel after Pro is en route — 50% of service price
• Cancel after Pro has arrived on site — 100% of service price
• No-show (Pro arrives, Customer unavailable, job cannot be performed) — 100% of service price
• Site condition prevents service (no water/power, unsafe site) — $25 trip fee
• Vehicle not as described (e.g., booked sedan but vehicle is SUV) — Difference in service price + $15 reclassification fee
• Failed payment / chargeback initiated without first using Sheen dispute process — Up to full service price + $15 admin fee + account suspension

Rush Bookings

ASAP / Rush bookings include a $15 rush surcharge added to the service price.

Multi-Vehicle Discounts

Second vehicle in the same booking: 10% off the second vehicle's service price. Third+ vehicle: 15% off.

Taxes

Sales, use, and similar transactional taxes are added where required by law.

Changes

Sheen may update this Fee Schedule from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Material changes will be notified per Terms of Service §20.
