Sheen uses the third-party service providers below to process personal information on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing the contracted service. This list is updated when providers are added or removed.
Current Subprocessors
Stripe, Inc. — payments, payouts, and Pro onboarding (United States).
Supabase, Inc. — authentication, database, and file storage (United States).
Mapbox, Inc. — geocoding and maps (United States).
Resend — transactional and (where consented) marketing email (United States).
Twilio Inc. — transactional and (where consented) marketing SMS (United States).
Checkr, Inc. / Sterling (or equivalent) — FCRA-regulated Pro background checks (United States).
Sheen Insurance Services LLC — when a Pro applies for or buys insurance through the Platform (separate controller; see the Privacy Policy and Insurance Privacy Notice).
Changes
We will update this page when we add or remove a subprocessor. Where required by a contract or by law, we will provide advance notice of new subprocessors.
